Extremely rare positive result of "positive PCR test"
An interesting case of spontaneous healing

Due to cramping upper abdominal pain, which had existed for three weeks and had increased in intensity in the last four days, the 61-year-old patient was colossated in a gastroenterological practice. A tumor of soft consistency located in the left-sided transverse colon at the transition to the steeply running left colonic flexure and the lumen was reported.
In the case of an unclear colon tumor with passage obstruction, prompt surgical resection was discussed. However, the rapid surgery was hampered by the positive SARS-CoV-2 PCR test.
During the initial check-up, a routine PCR test for SARS-CoV-2 was carried out on the patient who was asymptomatic from the respiratory tract, the result of which was not awaited at the time. During the colonoscopy performed in the late morning of the day of admission, a positive test result was surprisingly transmitted, which is why further examinations were carried out in compliance with the hospital's specific hygiene rules for dealing with COVID patients.
In the case of freedom from symptoms and local complications, the patient was initially discharged into home isolation until COVID negativity was reached. If the SARS-CoV-2 PCR test was negative, the patient underwent an open oncological transverse resection with regional lymphadenectomy two weeks later.
Four days after the colonoscopy, there was a spontaneous discharge of a 4.1 × 3.5 × 2.8 cm tumor nodule in the stool, histologically corresponding to a submucosal lipoma. Surgery confirmed a benign lipoma with limitation to the submucosa. Extremely rarely, a tumor node is excreted in the stool.

The body certainly can excrete out tumors and it can also shrink tumors and they can even disappear with the right foods, environment and alternative treatments. The big harma death industry does not like people knowing about these things and persecutes them with great gusto if they can find them. How they find them is usually because people talk to the white coats and they get their noses out of joint big time. Then come the med mafia. Do not think for one moment telling a white coat how you cured something may turn them into a good guy, in 99+% of cases they will get angry internally and turn the person in that helped their patient. Healthy people are not good customers. Remember many white coats have huge egos and a god complex going on big time.
Wait .. what happened.. He pooped out his tumor 🤯🤯. Or am I totally confused
