No wonder they don’t want us to have it. It works! 🙄

I’ve been taking NAC for several months now, and have had no issues with it. I take Glutathione too.

This is great to get affirmation...I’ve been taking it for six months and recommend it to everyone who took the vax. Thank you for this.

Just one eighth of a teaspoon in the morning on an empty stomach of NAC powder was one of my first recommendations in the Absaroka Wellness Protocol in early 2020. Along with fresh pineapple juice to ensure the vitality of the enzymes, and a host of other key supplements, NAC continues to be an essential component if anyone took the vaxx, particularly useful in degrading GO, even if the quantum dot AI technology is yet to self-assemble in the absence of 5G.. Your choice of studies is excellent. And you may be w well aware that NAC protects the liver and blood when snake venom has been detected to be present for some odd reason - even if you haven't been bitten by a king cobra or stung by a starfish or snail in the ocean. I am so glad to learn that you have a substack!

"One of the most experienced free-radical researchers, the Japanese biochemist Yukie Niwa, estimates that at least 85% of chronic and degenerative diseases result from oxidative damage."

You have captured the essence - the secret of Big Pharma is.... oxidative stress

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/25727382/

Abstract

Though systemic and local manifestations of snakebite are considered serious, the relevance of oxidative stress in viper bite pathology is largely denied. However, over the past decade, studies have provided substantial evidence for the presence of persistent oxidative stress in viper bite victims. This review aims at highlighting the disturbances in redox homeostasis soon after viper envenomation and its implications in the pathomechanism of secondary/long term complications including thrombocytopenia, hypopituitarism, infertility, renal abnormalities and persistent local tissue degradation. Both enzymatic and non-enzymatic components of viper venom play a pivotal role in bringing redox turbulence in victims. Venom-induced hemorrhage and necrosis with subsequent release of damage associated molecular pattern (DAMPs) molecules also contribute to sustained oxidative stress and inflammation. Studies have demonstrated that along with anti-venom therapy an antioxidant treatment during the early stages of viper bite and also long term treatment could help to reduce the occurrence of secondary/long term complications. Further, proper knowledge regarding the pathophysiology will allow for exploration of new avenues in the treatment of viper bite.

Precisely! This is such an important discussion in the current chaos of sharing relevant information that either makes a monumental impact or results in the misdirection of people's attention. In this case, this study of oxidative stress and viper venom is of paramount importance. It correlates with other research presented by Dr. Bryan Ardis and Dr. Tau Braun. Thank you for adding this!

We began using bromelain and papaya back in the mid 70s for digestion of proteins when organic pineapple and organic papaya were difficult to find. It is much easier now, I prefer the fresh fruit just prior to meals or in a smoothie.

If you are within close proximity to anyone who is vaxxed, due to shedding it will be of benefit to you as well. I find it useful as part of my own regimen when I go to grocery stores or the farmers market where unfamiliar people go given that we have no idea what their vaxx status is.

Wow, you did a lot of good digging, I’m appreciative of your work here. I was eating glutathione rich foods, okay, mostly my garden collards and kale- discovered they are quite tasty with vinegar/mustard and a spoon of crunch peanut butter.

My interest grew in the past few months after hearing about the NAC supplement and added it to my periodic intake of supplements. At the same time picked up the Black Cumin Seed oil, ingesting a teaspoon every few days. (Interesting and lingering after taste)

The possibility of it also aiding chelation of the heavy metals seems like a good and safe move in this environment of who knows what is being introduced into the biosphere. Thanks OH

The articles on NAC etc treating C-19 make the reification fallacy of assuming there is a virus. Without knowing the cause, a clinical syndrome should just called whatever the clinical findings are, upper respiratory inflammation etc.
