Yes, Big Pharma invented hundreds of diseases. Oxidative stress, however, is still a symptom, and the root causes must be identified and fought. Nanotech is definitely one of them, but there are countless others.

As the causes are so versatile and add up, is it possible to address them at all, or the only hope is in symptomatic treatment? It may have worked until now, but the rate of poisoning is now orders of magnitudes higher than even a few decades ago... After all, one cannot beat "science":

re Glutathione, I was told its better to take NAC and let the body make its own Glutathione from that.

Any thoughts, or is it redundant to take both?

Yes, NAC is a precursor of glutathione. Quoting:

"Glutathione vs NAC

Both are powerful antioxidants.

Taking glutathione by mouth does not appear to be an effective way to get it into your body. Its bioavailability is low and is also thought that glutathione may be broken down by enzymes in the stomach.

NAC has a low molecular weight and is well absorbed via oral administration."

and: "While there are some foods that contain glutathione, consuming them won’t do much in increasing your levels because they get broken down during digestion.

Look for foods high in sulfur. Sulfur plays a role in the synthesis of glutathione. It is in 2 amino acids found in food, methionine and cysteine. Both sulfur containing amino acids, are precursors for glutathione and therefore contribute to its synthesis.".

Some Doctors prescribe both:

While NAC is good, liposomal glutathione makes it past the stomach acids, mostly intact to the colon.

I take both to insure I get enough. Physicians never mention this to patients.

Yes dandy is some bitter, one thing about root teas is if you dry roast them a bit, it brings up the inulin ie the sugar, (they burn easily keep them moving) .....then I quench it with some boiling water....glad you know of Mountainroseherbs you must be west coast too...best

How is oxidative stress related to inflammation? You listed a lot of inflammatory diseases up there, and people tend to choose inflammatory diets high in processed sugars and carbs. It seems we are being stressed on all sides by pro-inflammatory items.
