you forgot one other benefit, the lacy flower & foliage is beautiful, relaxing to the eyes. blue is a relatively rare color in nature… grow nigella in abundance and save the seed to share with neighbors.

would be so happy if a silver lining to this fraudulent episode in medicine was a reversion to herbal remedies availability.

I recall the Lebanese Healer saying that for more t!han ten generations in his family lineage of healers, they would pass on the knowledge that the seeds of Nigella sativa cure everything except death. You have provided a comprehensive overview here, especially with the inclusion of the study of zinc and black seeds being as effective (possibly even superior to) Ivermectin for COVID19. I will personally add that Nigella sativa seeds and oil address the vaccine injuries we are seeing presently as a significant challenge. I recall when this study came out and I think that my first words were, "I told you so!". Known for low toxicity and was of use, it is my wish for more people to add this seed to their wellness regimens.

So, now that I am reading about radiation in injections, food and water, I picked this sentence out of the report. Otherwise, I don't know. Conclusion: Our results strongly recommend Nigella sativa oil as a promising natural radioprotective agent against immunosuppressive and oxidative effects of ionizing radiation.

What is the best way to take Nigella Sativa and in what amount? Are the oral supplements acceptable and if so, what dose?

Can pets take it? How would you give it to them? I found out my cat has two forms of cancer going on.

How does it do interacting w/prescribed drugs? I have some, but the pharmacist advised me against taking it because of some of the meds I am on. Kinda hard to trust anyone in the medical system today whether they tell the truth or not. They certainly do not like home remedies, cuts into their finances.

See that most diseases start with oxidative stress. All these supplements would help with oxidative stress, so they would improve health. However, if you are taking medications then you have to make sure there is no interaction, you have to be careful.

As for Nigella Sativa in the above research papers is mentioned:

"Furthermore, when combined with different conventional chemotherapeutic agents, they synergize the effects which may reduce the dosage of the concomitantly used medicines and optimizing efficacy versus toxicity and it might also overcome drug resistance problem."

I am a proponent of antioxidants, and this is based on scientific research. Also in practice, I deal with people who had serious adverse effects after these toxic injections. This is what saves their lives, literally.

My friend's dog ate a piece of plastic and had to undergo surgery. The poor dog was dying. He was vomiting blood, his intestines stopped working. He underwent another surgery. He got severe pancreatitis. The vet, even though he was fighting hard for life, said it was too long and his chances of survival were dropping to zero....

So, my friend called me.

Pancreatitis, inflammation....

I told my friend to give the dog antioxidants!

What kind?

We decided on quercetin and some ivermectin.

The inflammation decreased day by day, everything started to work again. He was recovering quickly.

More than two months have passed. The dog is eating normally again, running around, and no one even remembers that this beautiful healthy dog was about to die.

Sorry about your pet cat. You might look up Dr Doug English, an Australian vet and long-time turmeric researcher.
