I have people who would be dead by now. After 2 doses. Some even after 3 doses.
They take various antioxidants, including NAC, etc. and do various detoxes (fasting on juices, sweating, etc.) NAC must be given in higher doses - between 2-3000mg. They take MSM - organic sulfur (1-2000mg), Glycine, Schizandra, Vitamin C, Q10, antioxidant diet, etc.
They also use CDS (Chlorine Dioxide Solution, along with antioxidants - - 2 hours before and after)
Yes, sometimes you can't do anything, I'm not saying it's a miracle cure for everything. But I believe that a lot can be done.

I can't relate to Nattokinase. It is known to me, but I have not used it.
On the other hand, 5 remedies were my staple:
Ivermectin, NAC (higher doses), quercetin and vitamin C for about a year - for someone who didn't think he would survive. The person would fall when trying to get up, etc.
Now this person no longer takes Ivermectin but takes NAC plus other antioxidants every day. And this person is independent again; it's not bad condition, although not perfect.
