If this affects USA, can you advise the average Joe what supplements to take, please keep it simple and easy.....thank you

My first choice is N-acetylcysteine, higher doses - if there are no contraindications

In studies with doses up to 8,000 mg daily, no adverse reactions were generally observed. It's hard for me to tell what dosage is right here for lethal radiation dose. It's important to administer this before lethal radiation dose exposure for protection.

There are also scientific studies on aronia berries and other antioxidants.

The post above contains links to research

I think it's worth knowing about it, doing research, knowing how to protect yourself. And whether something's gonna happen soon or later, it's hard to say.

Abstract

Antioxidants have been studied for their capacity to reduce the cytotoxic effects of radiation in normal tissues for at least 50 years. Early research identified sulfur-containing antioxidants as those with the most beneficial therapeutic ratio, even though these compounds have substantial toxicity when given in-vivo.

For example, melatonin has been shown to augment the activity of glutathione peroxidase in addition to stimulating the activity of glutathione reductase and increasing the synthesis of glutathione (GSH); all of which are important in reducing levels of oxygen radicals and peroxides in cells.8 In addition, WR-1065 has been shown to induce a delayed radioprotective effect through the activation of the redox-sensitive nuclear transcription factor, NFκB, and subsequent expression of the antioxidant enzyme, manganese superoxide dismutase (MnSOD). Other thiols, such as captopril ([S]-1-[3-mercapto-2-methyl-1-oxo-propyl]-L-proline), mesna (sodium-2-mercapto-ethane-sulfonate), and NAC demonstrated similar effects to those observed for WR-1065 with respect to increasing cell survival.21

It is known that the active form of vitamin E in membranes is maintained through reactions with ascorbic acid.29

Providing additional antioxidant capacity to mitochondria, either through uptake of additional antioxidant agents like vitamin E, or through increasing the levels of GSH and mitochondrial antioxidant enzymes, can provide the necessary antioxidant buffer to scavenge additional ROS produced as a consequence of exposure to radiation and thereby minimize damage to mitochondria and its DNA.

The antioxidant, melatonin, is particularly effective at protecting mitochondria by increasing the efficiency of oxidative phosphorylation, thereby reducing the leakage of electrons from the electron transport chain.8

There are a number of hypotheses that have been suggested to explain the enhanced radioprotective effect of combined antioxidant treatments related to the regulation and response to ROS, including the regeneration of vitamin E and other antioxidants by vitamin C, induction of cellular antioxidant systems, and interaction with inflammatory mediators.

High-dose ionizing radiation exposure to the brain has a negative impact on different brain cells, including neural stem cells, neurons, glial cells and endothelial cells, and promotes changes in the brain’s oxidation and inflammatory microenvironment. Overproduction of reactive oxygen species in the brain causes DNA damage, activates microglia cells to release inflammatory mediators, induces genomic instability and genetic mutations and increases the risk of cancer and hereditary diseases. Flavonoids can clear excess free radicals and stabilize the DNA double-helix structure due to their unique chemical structures. Flavonoids may also modulate and inhibit inflammation-related enzyme activity to produce anti-inflammatory effects and alleviate radiation-induced brain injury.

Translational studies have also investigated NAC’s antioxidant abilities. One study found that pretreating mice with NAC decreased ROS by 4.8 times, improved 10- and 30-day survival, and maintained duodenal anatomy (relative to controls) [40]. Beyond quantifying the effect of pretreatment with NAC, this study also found that treating mice with NAC post-radiation provided a survival benefit compared to controls [40]. Other recent studies have also used murine models to study the benefits of NAC, and showed similar decreases in DNA damage [13].

Resveratrol has been investigated as a potential radioprotectant due to its antioxidant properties and its ability to scavenge free radicals and upregulate the activity of glutathione, superoxide dismutase, and catalase [31].

And so on.

It wouldn't hurt to know WHAT to protect against. It's easily possible that the current depopulation process also works by taking something that is good against one thing, but enhances the harm something else causes.

Good Info! Big Pharma wants to have the FDA shift NAC from OTC to Rx. I wonder why?

I'm sure you do. Still, it depends on what they are dying of (an honest and accurate diagnosis is rare these days) and the source of the chemicals...

Well, the mechanisms of toxicity of nanomaterials are very clear and specific. So, if you understand them, it is clear that some injuries and eventually death/s are caused by these materials.

You also understand how to prevent this damage as much as possible, because sometimes the damage is too serious to recover.

I have an atrocious level of RBCs and they are warped and of various sizes. I got that after a freshly-injected talked into my face from 20 inches for 20-30 seconds two years ago. It's not getting better, and further complications emerged that required hospitalization, which saved my life and didn't kill me (I had to turn down quite a few things in order to make out out alive).

I'm worried about the radiation levels - if so many devices and towers broadcast on certain frequencies, will they cause radiation, and the nuclear explosion will be blamed?

Speculation, but that's what I've always worried about.
