To be honest I'm not sure how to take them as they "seem" to be objecting to some elements of geoengineering (solar radiation management for example), but ....

My reading on this is they're ambivalent about geoengineering, but want to control "climate altering technologies" with some kind of governance. Again, very detailed information on solar radiation management, but in every other way like the first one, total elite green woke hypocrites.
